We were on track for more fun adventures.
A goofy grocery store showed up.
Complete with goofy glasses.
A great pastor showed up to read to us...
about a very special tree.
Pastor Schwab shared a wonderful Christmas story.
The children loved having him come!
They wanted to talk to him all day!
It was a great way to celebrate Christmas.
We were also busy this week ...
working on some special Christmas projects.
Balancing the animals from the stable was on our list to do,
and so was creating our own animals.
We were also busy creating stables.
Such beautiful stables!
The best part of our week was recreating the true Christmas story.
A bunch of great 5th graders helped us out!
We didn't know how it would all come together.
But lots of great characters showed up to fill the parts!
The children did a great job.
Even some angels
and shepherds showed up!
We had a lot of fun.
A day filled with memories...
the children will never forget.

He is 5-1/2 years old.

He is glad that God keeps us safe.
