I mustache you a question...
Where was all the fun hiding this week?
X marks the spot of all of our fun learning adventures!
We had to look UNDER things sometimes...
But fun and excitement were not hard to find!
We were able to visit with some special people this week.
Tuesday we couldn't wait...
to visit with our Prayer Pals again!
They still remembered us.
And were excited to see us too!
We gave them some special cards
and told them we were praying for them.
They read us some more fun stories...
That made us laugh
and smile.
We told them a few stories too!
We were excited to get to know them a little bit better...
We found out how funny they are!
And nice too!
They promised to look for us in church!
We didn't want to leave (especially since they had donuts!).
We can't wait to see them soon!
Back in the classroom things got a little "NUTS".
We also got a little "squirrelly"!
Those silly squirrels hid their acorns.
WHERE OH WHERE can they be?
Wednesday more special people arrived...
It was our moms!
Muffins for Moms brought...
lots of friendly smiles
and great big hugs too!
That had us grinning from ear to ear!
It was a wonderful morning...
filled with muffins...
moms...
and memories!
But our morning wasn't quite finished...
We headed over to chapel.
where Mr. Marolf talked about being on God's Fantasy Family Team.
What a great way to start our day!
Back in the classroom it was time to get to work!
We learned all about clocks.
Thumbs up for these great time keepers!
We also had fun with the letter X this week and x-rays.
We took an x-ray of the little old lady to see what word she swallowed.
It was touch and go there for awhile.
But these doctors took a careful look at the x-ray...
Yes, she went whole hog and swallowed a DOG!
Thursday we packed up our bags and headed to the gym...
Where we had a fun pep assembly!
The volleyball girls were headed to state...
so we did our best to cheer them on!
X marks the spot of friendship...
good sportsmanship ("You tried your very best!", said the friend on the right.)
and TEAMWORK!
We ended the week by talking about voting
and voting for our favorite letters.
We'll find out next week who the winning letter is!
It was an eXcellent week!
I wonder who will show up next week...
