We were looking forward to a great week!
We started off our week by heading to Towne Park.
Here is a peek into some of our adventures...
After a wonderful trip, it was time to go!
We had a great day filled with fun and unforgettable memories!
ARRR Matey! Back in the classroom we were working on finding "x mARks the spot".
We worked on creating -ar words.
Sometimes the kids even had to walk the plank!
They are one smARt group!
We were also hopping our way to our treasure.
Hopping by two's kept us on our toes and got us to the treasure.
Our week continued with a special visitor who works for Nintendo!
He told us a few things about his fun job!
The kids of course had a lot of questions and were very excited to meet him!
We also had another special visitor show up.
This little lady was a "kindergarten teacher for a day".
She helped the kids with some fun ZOO ADVENTURES!
In gym class she taught the kids a few animal walks.
After gym class our new little teacher took us to chapel.
Mrs. Kuhlmann led our chapel this week.
She reminded us of the story of Jesus going fishing with His disciples.
Our new teacher was also busy helping us with some reading activities...
After lunch
we were ready for more zoo adventures.
We were busy mapping out our plans
to create our own zoos.
We were busy being zookeepers,
feeding the animals
some yummy popcorn words.
Of course we had to pay to feed the animals.
Our day wasn't done until we had a little treat of our own.
We had a great day with our "teacher for a day".
Our animal fun
continued with a visit from a vet.
Mrs. Paul brought in a few visitors.
We were amazed by her little friends!
We also enjoyed some talented first, second, and third graders.
They did an AMAZING job of performing a great story of David and Goliath.
Our week wasn't complete until some lovely ladies showed up!
We had a wonderful Mom's Day!
