Here comes the sun...

It was one rainy, dreary week...

but we hung in there!

We searched for more fun adventures with the letter X!

This little old lady swallowed some unusual things.

So we were busy taking x-rays of her to see exactly what she swallowed.

Our x-ray glasses helped us have an eXcellent day!

More fun boxes showed up

as we searched for more words on the boxes.

The children had a GREAT time

working together in teams

to build with the boxes.

We are also busy being sneaky!
We delivered May Day baskets to the first graders!
Tuesday brought some more fun box adventures.
We painted...
and cut

to create a wonderful house!
But a box can be MANY THINGS!
They found ways to make bridges and boats.
Even chairs!
They also found ways to make their own boxes.
And rocket ships...

houses

and other amazing creations!

Cinco De Mayo Day

brought some more learning fun as we played the missing sombrero game!

Words and popcorn words were hiding under the sombreros...
Ole!

Our week was not complete

until the beautiful singing of both kindergarten classes filled the church!

They did a GREAT job of praising God with their beautiful voices.

ALLELUIA!

It was a sunshiny week despite the crazy weather!
