A short but busy week left us with A LOT to be thankful for...
We began our week by preparing for our feast...
First thing... making some pumpkin pies!
We figured out what ingredients we would need (hot sauce and broccoli did not make the list).
We stirred it up really good, and then they were ready to bake!
Next on the agenda was practicing for our Thanksgiving Parade.
We sure know how to make a "joyful noise"!
We decided to take the show on the road and celebrate with lots of fun friends along the way!
Finally it was time for our feast!
There was lots of yummy food...
Our plates were full...
and our faces full of smiles too!
But our feast would not have been complete...
without some very special guests.
We are so thankful for all of the special people at Zion...
So we invited them to our feast too!
Some guests popped in for a few minutes...
to spread some smiles!
While others were able to join us for some feasting...
and some fun!
Of course it was great fun feasting with our friends from Mrs. Lail's class too!
After the feast was over... there was more fun to be had!
To finish off our week we went on a turkey hunt complete with turkey glasses!
We found some crazy turkeys hiding in the gym...
They had words and letters hiding on them!
It was quite the adventure and quite the week!
I am truly blessed to have 19 wonderful kindergartners to fill my days with joy and laughter.
