A SUPER Week full of surprises!

It was a super week!

A week full of celebrations and surprises.

We found out an angel came and surprised Zechariah and Elizabeth with some good news...they were going to have a baby boy named John.

We had some good news of our own to celebrate...

It was National Cookie Day!  So we made some cookies to share.

We surprised a lot of special people with a sweet treat...

We not only left them cookies...

We surprised them with great hugs and smiles too!

National Cookie Day would not have been complete without a little visit from a friend!

Someone very special showed up and surprised us...

COOKIE MONSTER!

What a fun surprise.  

We just LOVE surprises.  :)

Another special visitor stopped by to teach us Spanish.

Senora Rutledge showed up and surprised us with her little friend Pancho!

Pancho and Senora Rutledge left us with "sonrisas" on our faces.  :)

Next up was celebrating the letter S with Silly Sock Day!

Even a Silly Sock store came to kindergarten.

In order to complete a sale, the customers swayed side to side to cheer the super shoppers on...

They also had to catch the silly socks.  SOLD!

 

We also had a little "Sock Hop" to celebrate Silly Sock Day.

Our feet weren't the only things working hard this week.

As we talked about Advent, we created our very own Advent wreath with our hands.

We had one final surprise to deliver...

We waited and waited and waited some more (it took A LOT of self-control!)...

Before we SURPRISED our super secretary!!!

We left her a stocking full of sweet and salty snacks...

gave her some special cards and pictures...

and of course we left her LOTS and LOTS of smiles!

One more final visitor finished off our week that left us smiling from ear to ear!

It was one super week from head to toe!

STUDENT OF THE WEEK

We interviewed another special student!  

Here is what we found out...

His favorite color is blue.

His favorite food is tacos.

He likes to play kickball.

He would like to go to Branson.

He wishes he had a pet parrot.

His birthday is December 3rd.

He doesn't have any sisters.

He has two brothers.  A human brother and a dog brother named Chewy.

He likes snow because it reminds  him of the day Jesus' was born.

He likes to make snow angels in the snow.

He does not have a pool but he has a treehouse.

His favorite Bible verse is John 3:16.

He is glad that Jesus died on the cross.
