First week... a busy week!

The first day of kindergarten... away we go!

We had a very busy week...

We were busy creating...
We were busy inventing...
We were busy discovering...
We were busy exploring new math tools...
like pattern blocks!

And of course we were busy making messes!

Chicka chicka Boom! Boom!
We were even busy learning our alphabet!

Sooo... we decided to go on a little hike.
"We're looking for things from A to Z. Do you have something you could give to me?"

Mrs. Boettcher gave us some brownies.  YUMMY!

Mrs. Hugo gave us some hand sanitizer.

It was Mrs. Schmidt's birthday so we gave her lots of hugs!

Mr. Marolf gave us a self-portrait.  He said, "You can have a picture of ME!"

Next stop was the church.  Where we met Mrs. Lind with her lemons and limes.

We found another birthday girl in the office!

So of course we gave out more hugs!
Mrs. Wirkus then gave us some water.

Pastor Rouland was very excited for us to help him recycle.

When we sneaked into Pastor Reitz's office he was resting.
We finally had to wake him up!

  He gave us a ring.

We traveled up the stairs and found Mrs. Thoelke in the music room.

Our hike led us all the way down to the Sonshine Center.

We found a smiling Mrs. Kuhlmann with a kleenix.

Whew!  We had quite the week learning and exploring...
But the best part was all of the fun friends met along the way!
