Another busy week!
Filled with smiles...
and messes!
We started off our week celebrating St. Patrick's Day with GREEN DAY!
We made green goo! Some LOVED it!

Others did not care for it as much.  :)
Of course we had to make green eggs and ham...
 Some LOVED it!
Others did not care for it as much.  :)
But when the final votes came in... It was unanimous!  Everyone liked green eggs and ham!
Even though we loved Green Day...
The best part of our week was  beginning our journey to the cross.

We started off with our own parade!

"Hosanna!  Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!"

Then we practiced being servants (and had our feet painted too!)

Some thought being a servant was actually pretty fun...
and it tickled a little too!

Our next stop was the "Upper Room".
Once again we became servants and washed and dried each others hands... "Serve one another in love"

We then had some unleavened bread called, matzos as we remembered Jesus dying for our sins.
In the same manner we took the cup and "drank"remembering the blood that was shed for our sins.

We closed with a special hymn of praise.

To finish out our special Jesus time, we headed out to the "Garden of Gethsemane" to pray.

This week we also had some special visitors come.
Mrs. Martin came and taught us about a PATH prayer.
P- praise
     A-apologize
           T-Thanksgiving
H   -help
The children then wrote their own PATH prayers.
MARCH MADNESS continued with another special visitor...
Mr. Debrick showed up to teach a few basketball skills.
And to show us a few of his skills too!

We finished the week just as we started...  ALL SMILES!
Hat Day brought in some very fun hats!
And some lovely hats too!
 Some were fancy...
Some were extra fancy!
Others were striped hats.
Some hats were Cardinals hats...
and some hats were super hats!
ALL the hats were happy hats that covered us with laughter and fun!

Many fun days filled our week with happiness and joy!
