A Red Ribbon Week!

WATCH out!
We had a great TIME celebrating Red Ribbon Week!

We were all TIED up in...
some fun learning adventures!
Who knew ties were good for making letters?
We worked very hard,
but sometimes it's nice to just CHILL!
It might have gotten a little chilly.
but that couldn't stop our smiles!
We got WRAPPED up in more learning adventures!
The cold wind blew in some fun adventures with leaves!

We went on a leaf hunt...
looking for the perfect leaves.
Some were green...
Some were brown.
But all of them were special!
We decided to use teamwork to make one big pile!
Our pile got bigger and bigger until...
It was just right for...

JUMPING in!

It was a beautiful day to celebrate God's creation!
Next we created our own trees...
and painted them all different colors.

Investigating leaves was also a fun activity we explored.

The cold wind also blew in a very warm-hearted librarian...
who loved to make us LAUGH!
We LOVED the visit from our lovely librarian so much...
We created our own library!
"Don't forget your library card!"
"Shhh... we are reading!"
We even had story time!
To complete our week...
some wonderful 3rd graders showed up!
They helped us make some special cards for our homebound friends.
They also made us smile...

and reminded us of our special Bible verse for the week...
Be kind to one another.
Ephesians 4:32

LEAVE it to Kindergarten to celebrate Red Ribbon week by praising God for ALL that He does for us.
