This is one fantastic...
KinderGARDEN!
Monday was veggie day!
Mrs. Fuhr had the children matching up a variety of veggies.
They also had to pay for the veggies.
Then they got to paint with some vegetables.
Who knew vegetables were such great painting tools?!
They also enjoyed creating their own gardens.
Some of the children even enjoyed sampling a variety of veggies!
It was a great celebration!
On Tuesday the flower fun continued.
The children enjoyed creating their own gardens on the computer.
Mrs. Boettcher showed up with real plants...
and seeds.
She brought them from her own garden
She even brought some flowers to show the children.
By the end of the week the flowers had changed colors!
The children LOVED learning all about plants from her.
They now know she is a lady of many talents!
More talented people showed up! Lutheran High's orchestra and choir performed for us.
The children LOVED it!
The choir sang a few songs...
that got the children moving and shaking!
They couldn't help but stand up and dance!
These little scientists were ready to take their investigating on the road.
We headed to Towne Park for an exciting field trip.
Here is a little video of our fun day...
