I have called you by name...

We had a short week but
we jammed in all the fun we could!
We celebrated "Penguin Awareness" day
by creating penguins out of our feet,

fishing for numbers,

and working on our "Polar Opposites".

We also worked on the letter O...

as we made "O necklaces".
They were good enough to eat!

As we talked about baptism this week,
we took a closer look at babies.

These little babies replicated
what we are like at 22 weeks old before we were born.

The children couldn't believe
how little we were!
The most amazing part was learning that even when we were that little...

God still knew us and called us by name.

When the letter C popped up, we had no choice but to make cookies!

After reading the book The Doorbell Rang, we decided to share our cookies.

We will be delivering these yummy treats to some special people at Zion.

Friday a crazy lady named "Julia" showed up to help us with some cooking.

At the cooking show, we had to follow a recipe...

First we added two cups of yellow water.

Then it was time to add two cups of blue water.

We had to predict what would happen to the water.

We made GREEN water!

Our day continued with a special presentation in the gym.

Miss Barb came to tell us all about Jump Rope for Heart.

There are even special prizes!

We finished the day by creating a few more fun cookies.

These might not be too tasty, but they sure look good!

It was a great little week
of learning adventures!

I have called you by name.  You are mine.
