Are you ready for some football?
We kicked off our week with Super Bowl Monday!
We put our game faces on...

and got ready to play some flag football reading.

After finding all of the right flags...
The teams huddled up to make a sentence.
TOUCHDOWN!
What time is it?

GAME TIME!
Mr. Kuhlmann came to show the kids a few moves.

First we had to warm up
and stretch.

Next was the big lap around the gym.

Then we huddled to find out the game plan.

We learned a "ready position".

The hand off was next on the game plan.

We practiced running to the left.

We practiced running to the right.

We practiced running straight ahead.

We even practiced running away from Mr. Kuhlmann!

We tackled ever obstacle that stood in our way.

Nothing could stop us!
Mr. Kuhlmann didn't know what hit him.

We might be small...

but we are mighty!

We ended our fun day with a special prayer...

It was definitely a day worth cheering for!  :)

We also learned that the Groundhog saw his shadow...

so we went looking for shadows.

We did find 6 more weeks of winter...

And we found our shadows too!
We also enjoyed learning about animal homes and habitats...

and creating a few fun homes of our own.

Once again we were letter detectives...

but we also discovered how much fun it is to blow bubbles!

Jesus love was a bubbling' over...

as we teamed up to teach each other

and help each other.

Our week ended just as it started...

With another fun visitor who came to read to us.

Another special week surrounded by God's love.
