Can you SENSE the excitement?

We weren't just hanging around this week..

We slid right into another week full of fun and...

more "sensesational" adventures!

We had been waiting and waiting...

for the new playground!

It arrived!

So many wonderful ways to use our senses on this playground!
It kept us busy (and SMILING) all week!

We also kicked off this week by using our sense of touch...

as we created textured paintings.

Tuesday was a beautiful day for using our sense of hearing.

We sat around the playground and listened to all different kinds of sounds.

We heard planes, crickets, and so much more!

We decided to shake things up a bit...

as we played a listening matching game.
We have a winner!

The third station was a game called, "Name that Sound".
I couldn't trick these great listeners!

We weren't quite as excited about our smelly day!

Ok so some of the smells weren't very good!

Some made us laugh

and smile.
Some even surprised us!

We did find some that met our approval.
We were looking for more sensational fun...

as we used our eyes to be letter detectives.

Last but definitely not least... was our sense of taste.
We loved the sweet candy!

However, sour grapefruit was not a favorite.

Our SENSESational week ended with more than just smiles...

Our fun Friday reader made this week another great one!
