Blessed to Serve... First Week of School.

We are blessed to serve.

There were alot of new things to start our school year.

We started off by reading the story The Kissing Hand.

We then created our own kissing hands.

And played a special alphabet game.

We balanced out our day with a little fun on the playground.
We enjoyed discovering all of the wonderful things on the playground.
Mrs. Steinbacher even came and showed us a few things.

Recess definitely left us full of smiles

and hanging out...

with some new friends.

We even found a few brothers and sisters to say hi to!

We also enjoyed creating with our new friends.
These kindergartners have quite the imaginations!
However, we were doing more than just building with blocks,

we were building friendships.
Exploring with new math tools was another exciting activity we did.
We used teddy bear counters
and pattern blocks too.
We couldn't think of a better way to end our week...
then singing and praising God.

Chicka Chicka BOOM BOOM!

We're so glad to have all of these kids in our classroom!
It was a super week...
and we're all lined for another great one!
