Lutheran Schools Week.

We were right on track for another great week!

It was a week full of fun..
and celebration!

We kicked off Lutheran Schools week in style...
It was Pajama Day!
Some came in Star Wars PJ's.
Others were matching from top to bottom.
We had some pink pajamas
and Ninja Turtles too!
Whatever cozy pajamas we wore, sure made Monday a happy day!

We loved pajamas so much we decided to buy some pj's.
We are quite the bargain shoppers!
Next up was Wacky Tacky Tuesday!

It helped us remember that God designed us...

and made us each
as unique as a snowflake.

It was  a T-rrific day!

The week continued with Western Wednesday!

We were fix'in to have a real good time...
So we rounded up our partners
and prepared ourselves for the day.
We were pretty sneaky...
as we dropped off some money for the "change war".
Some more buckaroos showed up to brighten our day.
The 6th graders  came to help
us with a very special project.
We wrote to some college students who use to go to Zion.

We sure hope they write us back!
We had such a good time with our new friends.
We were so sorry to see them go...
We'll see them around for more fun adventures!
Thursday was Spirit Day!
Our hands weren't only busy cheering,
They were also getting ready for the 100th Day!

We made a 100 Day snack!  YUMMY!

We also headed to the gym to cheer on the 8th graders and teachers.

Friday was a SUPER DAY as we celebrated our 100th day of School!
"I am a superhero,
Each and every day!
Today is extra special though,
It is the 100th Day!"

We hopped all the way to 100!

Hip hip hooray!  It's our 100th Day!

Next we had a little game show called "Balancing Act".

We balanced 100 things!

We then took our super powers outside.

We took 100 steps...

We ended up at the end of the junior high building.

We also set a challenge to read 100 books throughout the day.

Some children took on the challenge of stacking 100 cups.

It took a lot of teamwork (and self-control).

They made quite the tower!
We made quite the mess too...
as we painted 100 hand prints.

We finished the day with our 100 Day snack...

And read our 100th book of the day!

Tally that up to one great day!
100 Days of memories...
What a blessing to share them with such a great group of people.

Here is our January video called:  "I Am Unique!".
