Whew! What a fun and busy week we had!!!
Learning each other's names was a fun part of our week. We even practiced writing them. Thanks teacher Morgan for your help. :)
As we learned more about our illustrator of the month (Eric Carle), we had fun copying his technique!
We also reviewed our letters... Chicka chicka BOOM! BOOM!
AND painted our own tree!
This helped us go on our Letter Hike...
"We're looking for things from A-Z do you have something you give to me?"a soccer ball, and worms (the gummy kind!).
We even heard a violin lesson for the letter V!
...but the best part was meeting new friendly faces at Zion...
We even found our brothers and sisters outside!
After reading the book, Alphabets in Nature, we went looking for letters at Zion.
The 6th graders were up for the challenge!!!
They even made letters with their own bodies!
Can you tell where they found the letters D and E?
It was a great week!
I wonder where our adventures will lead us to next week...
